Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- For international customers, the return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the item must reach us within 21 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or made-to-order instruments.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Consumables such as strings, reeds, drumsticks, or cleaning kits.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible for products of equal or higher value (with payment of the price difference).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost, depending on the situation.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- For international returns, all applicable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
